Terms Of Business:
- A deposit will be required to confirm your booking, payable in cash, cheque or wire transfers.
- The balance is payable upon completion of the safari in cash, by wire transfer, or Credit card (3% fee charged).
- All clients are to sign the outfitters' questionnaire and indemnity waiver.
- Price list only valid for 2025. All wounded and lost animals are still required to be paid in full.
- Primates are available on request. Prior arrangement needed due to licence requirements.
- Prices are subject to change with extreme exchange rate fluctuations. Clients will be notified in advance.
- Please note: The packages and price list are ONLY valid for the year in which your hunt takes place.
NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN ON ANIMALS NOT HARVESTED, DAYS NOT USED, OR TROPHY FEES NOT USED THAT WERE INCLUDED IN THE DONATION AND/OR PACKAGE.
- A Matwetwe Safaris donation may not be combined with any other Safari Donation.
- Donations are valid for 2 years.
- NO exchanges of animals are allowed.
- Matwetwe Safaris accepts only one donation package per safari and will not allow multiple donations to be used back to back. This policy extends to donations from other African outfitters as we view the combining of donations as an abuse of the goodwill through which they were originally donated.
